Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order.

Does Vall‘doAido have its own store?

Yes, it does, however it is not always open. Control it on Whatsapp or Google "Vall‘doAido" it is mentioned there when it is open. Anyway, if you need something that you can only find at Vall'doAido, you just have to call and we'll open the door for you ;-)

If the cork stoppers break or are cracked, do I have the right to exchange the bottle?

This can always happen, especially when opening old wine, however, this does not give the customer the right to exchange or return the purchased product.

How can I create a customer account?

Simply go to our website valldoaido.ch and click on Account in the top right corner. Now you can easily and quickly create an account or log in to an existing account. If creating a new account, make sure to confirm the account. To do this, go to the inbox of the email address you used to create the account. You should have received a confirmation email from us shortly after creating your account. Open it and confirm your new account. The process is now complete.

Where can I view my past orders?

You can view them by clicking on „Account“ in the upper right corner and login. Now you can see all your past orders.

How can I delete my customer account?

Please contact us and tell us why we are at your service.

What are the advantages of having a customer account?

You have access to a faster ordering process and you don't always have to re-enter your data. You can also view old and new orders and check the status of your order.

How can I change my address?

Log in to your account and click on „View address(es)“ below. You can now add another address or edit an existing address.

I forgot my password, what now?

Don't worry. Just click on Account in the upper right corner and click on „Forgot password“ below login. You will then receive an email with which you can choose a new password.


Where do Vall'doAido products come from?

Our products are mainly produced in Portugal.

How do I know when a sold out product is available again?

Click on the desired „Pack“ in the store and subscribe to the „Notification when available“ option. As soon as the article becomes available again, you will receive an email.
