VINIFICATION: Wine produced from hand-picked and carefully selected grapes, immediately transported to the winery where they were gently pressed to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures between 12°C and 15°C to preserve elegance and aromatic characteristics.
