VINIFICATION: Wine produced from handpicked and carefully selected grapes, immediately transported to the winery and gently pressed to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel lagares at controlled temperatures between 24°C and 26°C to retain elegance and aromatic character.
