SOIL/TERROIR: sandy, calcareous and well-drained/Atlantic influence
VINIFICATION: The wine is produced from manually harvested and carefully selected grapes, which are immediately taken to the winery and gently pressed in order to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 26°C and 28°C, preserving the wine’s elegance and aromatic characteristics. The grapes undergo long pre- and post-fermentative macerations, contributing to the wine’s structure and complexity.

GASTRONOMY: Thanks to its freshness and elegance, this Portuguese wine pairs perfectly with selected cheeses, including Portuguese DOP cheeses as well as Swiss hard and semi-hard cheeses (such as mountain cheeses, Gruyère or Alpkäse). It also combines very well with game meat and classic dishes of traditional cuisine. Enjoyed slightly chilled, it is a versatile companion to hearty Swiss specialties and convivial moments at the table.
