DESCRIPTION
Golden in colour with an aroma of lime, pineapple and slight hints of leather, this Sour Ale, which rested for 15 months in Chardonnay barrels, has a fresh, mineral taste, with citrus notes and an assertive acidity that is not very intense. It has a soft, unctuous texture and light, elegant carbonation. We recommend drinking it now and saving some for later!
