VINIFICATION: Made from hand-picked and carefully selected grapes, gently pressed immediately after harvesting to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures between 12°C and 15°C to maintain elegance and aromatic expression. Aged 8 months in stainless steel.
