DESCRIPTION

Tasting Notes

‘Chenopodium Murale’ is the botanical name for the herb known as goosefoot, found in the vineyards that gave rise to this wine. Intense ruby colour. The aroma highlights red fruit and white pepper, as well as woodland aromas that make it complex. The palate is elegant, complex and persistent, with tannins that are always present. Long and refined aftertaste.

VINIFICATION: Complete destemming, crushing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
