VINIFICATION: Volteface is a distinctive project by winemaker Teresa Metelo Dias, renowned for her bold approach and the creation of wines with strong identity, crafted to be truly memorable. The project began in 2012, the year the first Volteface vintage was released — a wine that quickly established itself as a benchmark and helped highlight the Region. Volteface Reserva Tinto 2023 is a blend of 75% Alicante Bouschet and 25% Syrah. It was aged for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels, resulting in an intense, structured and elegant wine, with great aromatic depth and excellent gastronomic potential.
