Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, undamaged, with intact closure or seal, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@valldoaido.ch. Please do not send back any items before you have requested a return – we cannot accept such shipments. Once we have accepted your return, you will receive a return label from us along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@valldoaido.ch, if an item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly assess the situation and find a solution.

Non-returnable Items

Items excluded from returns include opened or already opened bottles and food items, promotional and sale items, as well as gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the received item. Once the return is accepted, you can order the new item separately.

EU – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must also be in the same condition as received – unopened, undamaged, with an intact seal, and in the original packaging – and you will need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@valldoaido.ch.
