Shipping

1. Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Orders with delivery addresses abroad cannot be processed.

2. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process before the order is completed.

Free Shipping for orders over CHF 250.00. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be charged additionally and are to be borne by the customer.

3. Shipping Methods

Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post or by courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order.

4.Local Pickup

As an alternative to shipping, we offer free pickup at our location:

5. Delivery Times

We strive to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, the delivery times indicated in the order confirmation are non-binding and may be extended, especially during high order volumes, holidays, or due to supply shortages.

Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, provided the goods are available.

6. Partial Deliveries

Vall'doAido GmbH is entitled to make partial deliveries. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged to the customer once.

7. Shipping Only After Payment Received

Orders will only be delivered after full payment has been received (exception: delivery on account) and provided the goods are available.

8. Undeliverable Shipments

If the delivery cannot be made or the customer refuses acceptance, Vall'doAido GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract after prior notification to the customer via email and granting a reasonable grace period. In this case, the customer may be charged for the costs incurred.

9. Age Verification for Alcoholic Beverages

According to legal regulations, wine may not be sold to persons under 16 years of age and spirits may not be sold to persons under 18 years of age. Upon delivery, the delivery person may request proof of age. If this cannot be provided, the goods will not be handed over.

10.Inspection Obligation and Notice of Defects

The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects in writing – by letter or email – to the address provided in the imprint. Furthermore, the provisions of our General Terms and Conditions (Sections 6 and 8) apply.
