GRAPE VARIETIES: Old vines with 16 identified grape varieties, including Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Rufete, Sousão, Touriga Brasileira, among others.

VINIFICATION: Manual harvest on September 27, 2019, in boxes of up to 20 kg, with manual selection on a conveyor belt. After destemming, the grapes go directly into the lagar with controlled temperature for maceration and pre-fermentation foot treading under controlled conditions.
