Description

A more classic and structured style, straw yellow in colour, the result of opting for a more oxidative evolution, with a clean and opulent aromatic profile, notes of apricot, peach and loquat. On the palate, medium-bodied, somewhat vegetal, with a long, fresh finish and hints of spice and dried fruit, it's complex and fresh, capable of taking on a wide variety of gastronomic challenges. You can't fail to try it with a varied cheese board!

Kontakt mit feinen Hefen nach der Gärung, Ausbau für 10 Monate, ein Teil im Edelstahltank, der restliche Teil in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenholzfässern. Flaschenreife von 6 Monaten vor der Markteinführung.
