Pale yellow colour, clean aroma, delicate and floral flavour profile. Fresh on the palate, with some pineapple flavours, long and predominantly lemony. All in harmony with a fresh flavour, capable of taking on a wide variety of gastronomic challenges. Try it, for example, with spicier meats and fish in the oven or fatty fish on the grill.
