Garnet colour. It is in the vegetal, balsamic and ripe red fruit aromas that it revives and cheers our olfactory memory. On the palate it's elegant, fresh and deep, complex, with a fruity finish, a sublime sensation that only a red wine born by the sea and matured there can give us.
Oenology
Of all our wines, the most ORIGINAL. We search the depths the Atlantic Ocean for the perfect ageing. Playing with the grape varieties, the Vinification, depths, ageing time and temperatures,
making each batch of wine a unique piece of PURE ART...
All these factors encourage long ageing in the bottle, which can be significantly improved by ageing for two or more decades... greatly enhancing the value of these wines.

VinificationHandlese und manuelle Selektion, sofortige sanfte Pressung zur Erhaltung der sortentypischen Aromen. Alkoholische Gärung im Edelstahltank bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 24–26 °C. Ausbau für 12 Monate im Holzfass, anschliessend 12 Monate in der Flasche auf dem Meeresgrund des Atlantiks. -
