Description
Description
A sumptuous distillate that shows exotic touches of spice surrounded by toasted wood, with a clean and sophisticated finish.
OENOLOGY
Fruit of the finest pomace, after pressing, this complex, velvety-bodied brandy remains for several years in small oak casks (previously used for ageing fortified wines) to gain greater texture and smoothness while showing a beautiful, natural amber colour.
DRINKING SUGGESTION
Enjoying a brandy with coffee, a cigar or as a simple digestif is still part of our history. Today it can also be consumed anywhere and in a variety of ways, plain, on the rocks, in a chilled shot glass or even diluted with a little water. The glass used plays an important role when it comes to enjoying it; a glass with a narrower mouth and a wider base ensures a better appreciation of this nectar's aromatic bouquet.
