The slow and careful distillation in a Charentais still and years of ageing in the cellar's penumbra in selected barrels give this nectar its magnificent amber colour and rich bouquet, and it is considered one of Portugal's best brandies.

OENOLOGY
An old brandy made using the traditional production method, matured in oak casks where Port has aged for decades, giving it rich, complex aromas of spices and dried fruit, distinguished by its smoothness, nobility and long finish.

DRINKING SUGGESTION
Enjoying a brandy with coffee, a cigar or as a simple digestif is still part of our history. Today it can also be consumed anywhere and in many different ways, plain, on the rocks, in a chilled shot glass or even diluted with a little water. The glass used plays an important role when it comes to enjoying it; a glass with a narrower mouth and a wider base ensures a better appreciation of this nectar's aromatic bouquet.
