Description

The slow and meticulous distillations in the Charentais alembic and the years of aging in the semi-darkness of the cellar in selected barrels give this nectar its magnificent amber color and the richness of the bouquet – it is considered one of the finest brandies of Portugal.

ENOLOGY: An aged brandy, crafted using traditional production methods, matured in oak barrels that previously held Port wine for decades, imparting rich and complex aromas of spices and dried fruits, distinguished by its smoothness, nobility, and long finish.

SERVING TIP: Enjoying a brandy with coffee, a cigar, or as a simple digestif remains part of our history. Today, it can also be enjoyed anywhere and in various ways – neat, on the rocks, in a chilled shot glass, or diluted with a splash of water. The glass used plays a crucial role in enjoyment: A glass with a narrow rim and wide base enhances the perception of the aromatic bouquet of this nectar.
