VINIFICATION:he grapes were manually harvested and transported to the winery in small boxes. The wine was obtained by pressing whole berries without stems, followed by cold clarification and slow fermentation at controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
