Description

Bright ruby-red color of medium intensity.
The nose reveals an intense aroma profile with notes of ripe red fruits, accompanied by a complex base of roasted aromas, smoke, and subtle tobacco nuances. Refined and elegant.
On the palate, it presents itself with full-bodied yet elegant tannins and excellent structure. The balance between fresh acidity, moderate alcohol content, and precisely integrated tannins gives this Syrah a clear Old World inspiration. Long, fresh finish with plenty of body and elegance.

VinificationDieser Wein entsteht aus einer Cuvée, die zu 50 % aus in Edelstahltanks gereiftem Wein und zu 50 % aus Wein besteht, der in neuen 300-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche ausgebaut wurde. Die Reifezeit betrug rund 18 Monate. Anschliessend wurden beide Partien vereint und der Wein abgefüllt, gefolgt von einer abschliessenden Reifung von etwa 4 Monaten im Edelstahltank.
